About Our Chief Consultant Officer
Robert W. Brown
Robert Brown is a seasoned restaurant and franchise executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across the quick-service, fast casual, and full-service restaurant sectors. A
military veteran and International Franchise Association Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) since 2018, he is recognized as a high-integrity, data-driven, hands on leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, improving operational performance, and driving sustainable business growth. Throughout his career, Robert has led complex organizations,
influenced leaders, built strong connections and implemented operational strategies that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, profitability, and guest experience.
Currently serving as Chief Consulting Officer, at AccountAbility Business Consulting, Robert advises franchise owners, franchisors, and small to mid-sized businesses on operational strategy, leadership development, financial performance, and growth planning. His leadership background includes executive roles with Taziki’s Mediterranean Café, Huddle House, and The Melting Pot, as well as over 22 years with Yum! Brands supporting KFC and Taco Bell franchise systems. In addition to his consulting work, he is an investor in a Taziki’s Mediterranean Café in Johns Creek, Georgia, where he supports strategic growth, local marketing initiatives, and community engagement while continuing to mentor leaders and helping schools, churches, local organizations achieve their goals.
